John Frusciante Rejoins Red Hot Chili Peppers

Guitarist John Frusciante is rejoining the rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers, 10 years after he last left, says bassist Flea. We are deeply grateful for our time with him, and the countless gifts he shared with us, ' the group said in a text-only posting.

Klinghoffer joined Red Hot Chili Peppers as a touring musician in 2007, eventually taking over the guitarist spot upon Frusciante stepping down in 2009.

The band welcomes Frusciante's return "with great excitement, and full hearts".

This will not be the first time that Frusciante has rejoined the band.

And, while we didn't get to hear about almost all of these games, we did get a freakish trailer for Hellblade II Senua's Saga. It's understood that Microsoft still intends on releasing a second, cheaper, and less powerful console alongside the Series X.


Recruited by the band following the death of Hillel Slovak, Frusciante's influence helped to turn the band into a household name, and by 1991, Blood Sugar Sex Magik had seen them top charts around the world and become a defining act of the era. He departed in 1992 due to personal issues and then returned from 1998 to 2009 when he was replaced by Klinghoffer.

One of the most anticipated albums of 2020 is the one the Red Hot Chili Peppers are working on now....and guaranteed, it will be even more so now with THIS news. He hasn't been in the band for more than a decade but this news has delighted fans across the world.

The guitarist quit again in 2009 while the band was on hiatus, however they made a decision to reform without Frusciante started working on their tenth studio album.

"They are supportive of me doing whatever makes me happy and that goes both ways".
